Social Media Monitor respects your privacy and gives you full control over your data. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
How to Delete Your Data
You have several options to delete your data:
Option 1: Within the Application
- Log in to your Social Media Monitor account
- Go to Settings
- Click on "Delete Account" or "Remove Connected Pages"
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2: Contact Us Directly
Send an email to webster@webster.sk with:
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your registered email address
- The Facebook Pages you want removed (if applicable)
Option 3: Via Facebook
You can also remove our app's access through Facebook:
- Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
- Click on "Apps and Websites"
- Find "Social Media Monitor" and click Remove
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request deletion, we will remove:
- Your account information (email, name)
- Connected Facebook Page data
- Stored comments and sentiment analysis
- Access tokens and authentication data
- Notification preferences and history
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
